We’ve all heard horror stories about pests lurking in homes. Most of us have lived through the unpleasant reality of it. Why else would homeowners pay $800+ annually to keep these creatures out? But are you really keeping them out?

We developed Katcher out of a personal need. We had so much frustration with our own pest invasion experience, and when we were not able to find a suitable solution, we decided to create one. Our vision is to revolutionize pest management by coupling advanced technology with innovative pest control methods to anticipate and eliminate pests before they become an issue.

The pest industry has been around since 1690 but has seen little innovation over its lifetime. Today we have pest professionals come to our home to cover our house and property with toxic chemical spraying in hopes of preventing an invasion. And while the generic spray and pray method may poison a few pests here and there, it really is just a guessing game. And the long-term effects on the environment can be tragic as well as hazardous to pets and children. Our purpose with Katcher is to reinvent this dated industry and bring it into the 21st century with environmentally sensitive smart home pest control that uses AI, machine learning, and Cloud computing.
